I will be uploading a beginner's routine daily explaining some of the fundamentals of Yoga and how you can start incorporating this magical practice into your life! Do what you can and pause the video if you need some rest. Be gentle with yourself and keep in mind that this is not about achieving any particular move, getting crazy strong ore becoming more flexible (although those things will happen inevitable); it is about self-discovery, self-acceptance and self-love. Today we are focusing on how to properly breath as well as getting to know the fundamental sequences in traditional Yoga styles.
